At ENNSPOR, we are committed to a reliable and secure delivery experience for every customer.
Domestic shipping (Japan)
Orders within Japan are shipped via Japan Post. Large orders may also use Yamato Transport or similar carriers.
Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days depending on region. Some areas may qualify for next-day delivery. Products ship from ENNSPOR headquarters in Kobe, Hyogo.

International shipping
International orders are shipped via tracked EMS (Express Mail Service).
Delivery usually takes 1–2 weeks depending on destination (remote areas may take longer).

Duties, import taxes & fees (international)
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply in the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in product price or shipping cost.
We recommend checking your local customs authority for rates and rules before ordering.

• Shipping address changes may not be possible after an order is confirmed or shipped.
• If a package is returned due to refusal or extended absence, reshipment may require additional shipping fees.
