At Ennspor, we understand that sometimes you might need to cancel an order. We aim to make this process as clear and simple as possible.

 

1. General Cancellation Policy

 

You may request to cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once you receive a Shipment Confirmation email, your order has already left our warehouse and can no longer be canceled. At that point, you'll need to follow our standard Returns Policy if you no longer want the item.

 

2. How to Request a Cancellation

 

To request an order cancellation, please follow these steps:

  1. Act Quickly: Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. The faster you act, the higher the chance we can cancel it before dispatch.

  2. Contact Customer Service: Send an email to info@ennspor.com (or ennspor@gmail.com, contact@ennspor.com) with the subject line "Order Cancellation Request - [Your Order Number]".

  3. Provide Details: In your email, please include:

    • Your full name

    • Your order number

    • The reason for cancellation (optional, but helpful for our records)

 

3. Cancellation Confirmation & Refunds

 

  1. Confirmation: If your order cancellation request is successful, you'll receive a confirmation email from us.

  2. Refund Process: If your order is successfully canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.

  3. Refund Timing: Please allow [Insert Number, e.g., 7-10] business days for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

 

Please note that once you receive a Shipment Confirmation email, your order has already been processed for shipping and cannot be canceled. In such cases, you will need to refer to our Returns Policy for instructions on how to return the item after you've received it.
